Building a pond was a very rewarding project. Not knowing
whether I could complete the work was challenging each day. Preparation was the most important aspect of the job. Having researched very
little, it became clear to me very early in the construction that I was going to have obtain more information. So I did. Pet
stores, books and the intermet were some of the sources I used in learning the best and most proficient way to complete my
task.
I took me about
eight weeks to finish the bare bones of the pond but was enough to fill with water, run a filter and stock my pond with some
very beautiful Koi.
